The 1-time cleaning service is for the pool owner that just wants to have someone check the pool a few times a year. It includes check and adjust chemicals,check water level skim the surface,brush the walls,empty skimmer and pump baskets,check all equipment for proper operation.(ALL CHEMICALS AND PARTS BILLED OUT IN ADDITION TO ANY HOURLY CHARGES)
D.E FILTER CLEANING
The D.E. filter cleaning service includes backwash the filter and disassemble fully cleaning each individual grid inspecting for damages lube the o-rings and reassemble.We re-load D.E. powder and check other equipment for proper operation.(ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS NEEDED WILL BE BILLED IN ADDITION TO THE FILTER CLEAN PRICE)
CARTRIDGE FILTER CLEANING
The cartridge filter cleaning service includes disassembling filter,degrease cartridges,lube o-rings and reassemble.All equipment checked for proper operation.(ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS WILL BE BILLED IN ADDITION TO THE FILTER CLEAN PRICE)
DECK-O-SEAL
Deck-o-seal is the small expansion joint located between your deck and coping it keeps water from getting under the deck and washing dirt away.Deck-o-seal needs to be replaced when you start to notice cracks or gaps in the joint.We cut out the old deck-o-seal,prep the surface,mix and pour new product sanding after.Deck area needs to be dry 24 hours after pour to set properly.(SERVICE IS BILLED OUT BY THE LINEAR FOOT AND INCLUDES ALL DECK-O-SEAL AND SAND)
DRAIN AND CLEAN
Our drain and cleans include 1. draining the pool 2.scooping out the trash and leaves 3. acid wash and scrub walls 4. fill up pool and test the chemicals.(ALL DRAIN AND CLEAN PRICES INCLUDE ACID AND START-UP CHEMICALS.*DRAIN AND CLEANS WILL MAKE YOUR PLASTER WHITER AND REMOVE MOST KINDS OF THE STAINS*NEW PLASTER WILL BE RECOMMENDED IF PLASTER IS HOLLOW OR A LOT OFF CHIPPING PRESENT WE WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A BID ON SITE)
